We have made the sign-up and registration process seamless! Just click your registration type below and you will be directed to the page to enter your information, as well as payments! Remember, memberships cover your conference fees (excluding All-Stars, and First Look Cohort).

Below you will find all available registration types for the 2026 HBCUADD Conference. Whether you are a solo coach, solo student, or a community or school team--we have you covered! Multiple registrations are eligible to be bundled into one transaction (except All-Stars [no fee] and First Look Cohort [separate payment form]). We can't wait to see you in Atlanta!
High School Students
HBCU NEXT General Registration (Non-All Star)
$50
For any high school student, 9th through 12th grade; not nominated by coach/director for HBCU Next All-Star or participating in "First Look" Cohort.
HBCU NEXT All-Star
For coaches ONLY to register and nominate their HBCU Next All-Star. Eligibility Grades 9-11 and limited to (1) discipline [dance, flag, baton] per school. Additional steps are required to complete registration and selection. No fee required.

Institutional Membership
$650
Institution memberships include (1) Coach/Director, and up to (8) students. Institutional memberships can be split between band and auxiliary--or each can separately purchase one. First Look Cohort students are not eligible as one of the (8) students. Consult with your band director if you have questions on shared institutional membership. If your institution has exceeded limits, individuals (students or directors/coaches) must purchase individual memberships.
