• Institutional Memberships cover the conference fee for 1 Director/Coach and 8 students.

• Schools may purchase 1 Institutional Membership that covers BOTH band AND auxiliary/dance students OR Institutional Memberships can be purchased for each organization (Band OR Auxiliary). Please check with your band director to determine if an Institutional Membership has been purchased for the school, and how many band students are attending to determine how many (if any) additional memberships you need to purchase. ​

• If there are more coaches/directors in excess of the 1 covered under the Institutional membership, or more than 8 students, they must have INDIVIDUAL memberships purchased for them. ​

• Performers that wish to participate in the First Look Cohort program will purchase a separate membership which covers the cost of the Cohort program (See more below). ​Cohort participation is NOT covered in an Institutional membership.

• High School and Community Team Performers that wish to participate in the HBCU Next Program should visit this link for details. 

• HBCU All-Stars  and HBCU Next participants receive complimentary memberships and should not be included when you are determining how many memberships you need to purchase.

• • The First Look Cohort is a program specifically designed for High School Seniors and HBCU students who wish to audition for HBCU Coaches at the national conference. 

  • Students who wish to register for the Cohort must not be included in the institutional membership or the individual memberships. There is an inclusive price for the Cohort.
