• If you are a member of the Cohort and want to attend the Banquet, you will need to go to this form and select ONLY the Banquet Option. Note: Banquet tickets can be purchased all together if/when the director registers the team.

  • Hotel accommodations are provided at a discounted rate at the Evergreen Lakeside Resort. Click here to access the hotel reservation site. DEADLINE TO GET THE DISCOUNTED ROOM RATE IS FEBRUARY 23rd!!

  • If any paperwork is needed by your school/institution to complete the reservation process, please call the resort directly and ask for our contact: Shari Thwaites or email Shari.thwaites@atlantaevergreen.com.

  • Be sure to confirm with your team if hotel accommodations will be purchased for the team. If not, consider sharing a room with another Cohort member.
