This is our third year celebrating the BEST of the BEST, and our All-Stars have been featured at major events across the country!

Here’s what your All-Star will experience:
FREE workshops in technique, leadership & choreography
Private choreography session with nationally known industry pros

Perform LIVE in an All-Star showcase choreographed by Pro Team staff
Year-long recognition at HBCUADD All-Star appearances in 2026

What is HBCU NEXT?

HBCU NEXT is a premier All‑Star performance experience held during the HBCU Auxiliary & Dance Directors Association (HBCUADD) Conference. The program brings together elite high‑school dancers, flag twirlers and baton twirlers for intensive training with HBCU coaches and collegiate dancers, stand sessions, college readiness conversations, and a featured performance opportunity.

All registered performers are recognized as HBCU NEXT All‑Stars. From this group, 16–20 performers will be selected to perform in the official HBCU NEXT Showcase Performance.

Step 1

Submit Your HBCU All-Star (Collegiate)

Step 3

Purchase Conference T-shirt and Banquet

Use this link to purchase your conference T-shirt. DEADLINE to purchase online is FEBRUARY 28TH. T-SHIRT
If you are a member of the Cohort, HBCU Next or the HBCU All Stars, and want to attend the Banquet, you will need to go to this form and select ONLY the Banquet Option. Note: Banquet tickets can be purchased all together if/when the director registers your team.

Step 4

Book Hotel Reservations

- Hotel accommodations are provided at a discounted rate at the Evergreen Lakeside Resort. Click here to access the hotel reservation site. DEADLINE TO GET THE DISCOUNTED ROOM RATE IS FEBRUARY 23rd!
- If any paperwork is needed by your school/institution to complete the reservation process, please call the resort directly and ask for our contact: Shari Thwaites or send an email to Shari.thwaites@atlantaevergreen.com.
- Be sure to confirm with your team if hotel accommodations will be purchased for the team. If not, consider sharing a room with another All-Star, HBCUNext, or Cohort member.

JOIN OUR BAND APP!

We use the Band App to communicate before, during and after the conference. Download the Band app from the Google or Apple app stores, and then use this LINK to join the group. Please remember, this group is for HBCUADD members only so please do not share with others.
