If you have questions about which membership(s) you should purchase or need an invoice, please email smzachery@hbcuadd.com prior to purchasing your membership.

NON-HBCU MEMBERSHIPS

ALL memberships include the following:

Free access to the following

  • Our yearly conference (in conjunction with the HBCU National Band Directors Consortium (Atlanta, GA)

  • Networking events

  • Members-only online content, special programs and events.

  • ​Reduced Fee access to other Association events, and Partner events.

  • Institutional Memberships are NOT required, but highly recommended for teams with 8 or more student attendees. If you choose not to purchase an Institutional Membership, select the appropriate link for your purchase.

  • If you are a High School team that is attending with a band/instrumentalists, and an Institutional Membership has already been obtained for your school's band program, you do NOT have to purchase a second Institutional Membership. You are covered by your band program's membership. If you have questions about this, please email smzachery@hbcuadd.com prior to purchasing your memberships and we can advise you on which memberships and how many you need to purchase.

NOTE: THESE MEMBERSHIPS INCLUDE HIGH/MIDDLE SCHOOLS, STUDIOS, COMMUNITY TEAMS, ETC. 

 

SOME ELEMENTS MAY NOT BE INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP AND MAY INCUR A FEE, E.G., CPR CERTIFICATION OR ANY COMPONENTS OPERATED BY AN OUTSIDE ENTITY. ANY HBCUADD SPONSORED EVENTS OR PARTNERSHIPS OUTSIDE OF THOSE LISTED ABOVE, MAY ALSO INCUR AN ADDITIONAL FEE.
